ABOUT Seen. Heard. Experienced.
S.H.E is a healing circle. We have 4-hour community wellness events each season (Winter, Spring, and Fall). It is designed for women navigating healing from self doubt, shame, and fear with limited support. Our Healing Circle helps women feel deeply loved, supported, and empowered to practice self-love.
This gathering blends warmth, learning, creativity, and connection. We put a strong emphasis on life skills, emotional healing, and community-building. We also focus on awareness of diversity and inclusion within Canadian history and present-day experiences.
This is a space where women can rest, reflect, and reconnect—with themselves and with one another.
