About Encouraging Real Restoration
Encouraging Real Restoration (ERR) is a Christian-led nonprofit serving women ages 18–40 in Toronto and across Canada. We provide integrated community, wellness, skill-building and personal development programs. Our programs are offered through accessible community spaces across Toronto and virtually.
We’ve established partnerships with spaces in Jane & Sheppard, Jane & Steeles, Dufferin & Lawrence, and Jane & Woolner. Our hybrid approach helps reduce barriers to participation and connects women to support within their communities and online.
Through our mentorship programs, ERR Alumni women take on a leadership role as mentors to positively impact the youth maturing in our communities. Encouraging Real Restoration Alumni women WILL contribute to stronger families and communities. Alumni women are women who’ve been learning alongside and participating within the organization for 6 to 12 months.
Why We Exist
Women can experience seasons of isolation, uncertainty, trauma, transition, stress and loss that affect their confidence, relationships and ability to move forward. We provide women tools they can use in daily life to support healing, personal growth, and stability.
What We Do
We create accessible opportunities for women to connect, learn, grow and rebuild through wellness experiences, educational programs, community gatherings and faith-based support.
Why Faith Matters
Our Christian faith is not simply an organizational label—it is part of the foundation from which we serve. We believe restoration involves the whole person: emotional, relational, practical and spiritual well-being.
