Join Our Board
We are currently welcoming interest from individuals who feel called to serve as Board Members.
Board Members help guide the strategic direction, sustainability, and impact of Encouraging Real Restoration. This is a chance to contribute your skills and experience. You can also provide leadership in support of a mission rooted in faith, service, and community restoration.
We are especially interested in individuals with experience in:
- Finance & Accounting
- Fundraising, Grants and Donor Relations
- Community Outreach
- Public Relations
- Hospitality
Board service is voluntary and mission-driven.
Who Should Apply

- Are committed to ethical leadership and service
- Are willing to contribute time, insight, and guidance

Prior board experience is helpful but not required.
