“The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory for ever and ever. Amen.”
MESSAGE
People won’t always come to your defense or be around to support you when you need it most. In those moments, when it feels like the world is against you, remember that God will never leave you or forsake you. This is why it’s crucial to strengthen your individual relationship with God through Jesus Christ on a daily basis. A close, personal relationship with the Lord provides a sense of security and peace, knowing that He is always there, even when others are not. This relationship becomes your foundation when you face challenges and hardship.
When we are grounded in our relationship with God, we can stand firm during weak or difficult moments. His strength becomes our strength, and we find the peace that the world cannot offer. It’s in these moments of struggle that we realize how much we need God’s presence in our lives. He’s our refuge and fortress, and through Him, we find purpose, direction, and the ability to keep moving forward.
As we experience God’s protection, we are reminded to always give Him the glory. His deliverance, His faithfulness, and His provision should be acknowledged daily, not just in times of trouble but in all things. Our lives are meant to reflect His goodness, and we are called to glorify Him in all circumstances. The Lord is our constant help, and through Him, we can endure any evil attack that may come our way.
PRAYER
Heavenly Father, thank you for always being there for us. People will come and go, but You are forever in our corner. Thank you for being an ever present help and strength in the hard dark moments. Lord, I pray for anyone who is going through or may go through a hard time—when they see no one there for them, help them not hold it against others. Instead give you more glory for always showing up.
